Our Process

If you have been dealing with one of our professional sales representatives they will have probably sent you a web agreement that outlines all the details of your project as well as both parties’ responsibilities.

Before we can begin your project we must have the agreement signed and returned. Instructions on how to do this can be found on the last page of your agreement, but if you need further assistance please contact your sales rep.

Once the sale is final and we are ready to begin your project it will then be assigned to a team and managed by a project manager. You will be in constant contact with this person during the entire process to ensure we are meeting your needs.

We then take your project to the graphics design department who creates a design mockup and/or layout of the new site outlining the look and feel based on your vision (you may also give them free creative reign). You may talk to the designer at any time during this phase or just relay your ideas and thoughts to your project manager. You will be allowed up to 3 sets of designs, however only one will be provided at a time. This is our standard process with every new project. Our design staff is very good about interpreting your idea to come up with a look/design to fit your needs, however if for some reason the first initial design does not fit we will do up to 2 others until we have captured your vision.

Typically the designer will come very close on the first draft and minor changes will need to be made at this point. You will be allowed up to 3 sets of revisions once an initial design has been chosen. You must make sure to have your changes ready because they designer will not be able to keep going back and forth with many changes. You get 3 sets and it is important that you know this so you can make sure to relay your changes in one setting.

Once you have given a final approval on the design of your new site the project manager will then pass it along to our wonderful team of developers. They will take the mockup/design and create a live and functioning site. You will then get the opportunity to review and make any necessary changes or revisions.

In most cases you can view the site via our easy to use interface as the site is being built. Once we have the okay on the working demo they will then take care of any and all details such as content implementation, creation of dynamic apps, databases etc. Whatever is involved in your project will be done after you have reviewed the live site and given the okay to move forward on the rest of the development.

We want to ensure the design once implemented into the live site meets your expectations before the developers begin adding any dynamic apps or features. Our goal is to get it right the first time every time as not to do it twice. We depend on your feedback at this point to ensure we don't end up having to change things once the main features start to be added.

Once all the fine details are handled and the site is 100% fully functional and we have meet our obligation , you will then get the opportunity to review the site one last time and make any other necessary changes or revisions as long as they are within the agreed scope of the project.

If your site requires credit card processing or any other dynamic applications they will be tested to ensure they are working properly.

Once all the above are done and final payment is received your site will then go live within 24 to 48 hours and you will receive all access privileges to the administration area of your site and a zip folder of all the files created.

Once we are completed the site belongs to you entirely. We do not keep your code, images or any other content like some companies do. You paid for the site it belongs to you 100% when we are complete. We look forward to working with you on your project. We try to keep our process simple and easy to understand.
